How access, account, and order data is handled
This notice covers the REALJOIN website, accounts, orders, payment safety checks, Agent/API access, and support workflows.

Data we may collect
- Wallet address, account identifiers, and optional email, X, or Telegram contact details.
- Order targets, selected packages, submitted fields, and payment or delivery status.
- Attribution, landing page, device and browser information, plus necessary error and security logs.
- API-key identifiers, scopes, and usage records; users must keep secret values secure.
Why it is used
- To provide login, quotes, ordering, payment, delivery, and support.
- To prevent abuse, diagnose errors, and protect accounts and transactions.
- Once valid analytics is configured, to measure aggregated search-to-registration and order conversion.
Providers and retention
Authentication, hosting, analytics, and payment may be processed by their respective providers. Data is kept only as long as needed to deliver the service, resolve disputes, and meet security or legal obligations. Never submit passwords, private keys, seed phrases, or unnecessary identity materials in public fields.
Your choices
You may ask support to access, correct, or delete identifiable data. We will explain any portion that must be retained for legal, security, payment, or dispute purposes.
