Resolution depends on payment and delivery status
Crypto payments are generally irreversible. Verify the service, package, target, region, quantity, and delivery requirements before paying.

Unpaid
An unpaid order does not need to be completed. Create a new quote or order when requirements change.
Paid but not started
If REALJOIN cannot accept or begin the task, contact support to agree on cancellation, scope adjustment, rescheduling, or a refund path. Network fees, provider fees, and unrecoverable costs already incurred may not be refundable.
Started or completed
Performed real-user work is generally not eligible for a no-reason refund. If delivery falls short of the written quantity or acceptance criteria, we will review records and offer re-performance, adjustment, or proportionate resolution for verified incomplete or nonconforming scope.
How to request review
Provide the order ID, wallet or payment reference, issue description, and evidence. Never send private keys, seed phrases, or complete sensitive identity documents in public messages.
